(The Headquarters for the Liberation of Al-Sham / the former Al-Nusra Front) today, Wednesday, arrested 6 gunmen of foreign nationalities, including a leader, because they refused to go to Libya and fight there after Turkey issued orders to do so.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the “Headquarters for the Liberation of Al-Sham”, at dawn today, Wednesday, arrested Fadl al-Libi, “Emir of the Army of the Coast” within the organization of Guardians of Religion, and arrested at least 5 armed men, all of them of foreign nationalities, for refusing to leave Syria And go to Libya after Turkish orders to do so.

It is noteworthy that the Sahel Army is now part of the Guardians of Religion, and it is active in the mountains of the Sahel, and its armed forces number about 300, and Fadl al-Libi has been present in Syria since 2013.

Yesterday, the observatory published that the Headquarters for the Liberation of Al-Sham completed its deployment within the sites and points of the organization “Guardians of Religion” and extremist factions allied to it in the Al-Ghab Plain in the northwestern countryside of Hama.

This comes after weeks of the withdrawal of the guards of religion from the region, where all weapons, heavy and medium, were withdrawn, in addition to the withdrawal of all the gunmen, while he did not know until now the destination of the withdrawers.

According to the observatory's sources, that withdrawal process came, on the orders of the Turkish intelligence, to the Headquarters for the Liberation of Al-Sham, as the Russians had threatened to open a battle there.
