Authorities of the Turkish regime have sentenced 33 people to life imprisonment on charges of an attempted coup in 2016.
This comes after about one month of life sentences issued by about 200 Turkish soldiers, including the former commander of the Turkish Air Force Akin Uztrk.
The Anatolian News Agency also reported that between 20 and 25 other people, mostly military, were sentenced to six to 25 years' imprisonment.
This came days after arrest warrants were issued against dozens of people accused of links to US-based cleric Fathullah Gulen.
